Welcome to Apex Arena! By registering and participating in our tournaments, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Eligibility

Players must be 18 years or older to participate in tournaments.

By registering, players confirm they meet the eligibility criteria and agree to abide by these terms.

Apex Arena reserves the right to verify age and identity if required.

  1. Fair Play & Player Conduct

Players must not use hacks, scripts, modded APKs, third-party panels, or any unfair means.

Any player found cheating, colluding, or exploiting loopholes will face a permanent ban without refund.

Toxic, abusive, or disrespectful behavior towards other players, staff, or the community will result in account suspension or termination.

  1. Match Rules, Cancellations & Refunds

Apex Arena reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tournaments in case of technical or operational issues.

If a match is canceled by Apex Arena, entry fees will be refunded to registered players.

If a player registers but fails to join, no refund will be issued.

Players must join within the specified time (10 minutes after ID & Password are shared). Failure to join will result in forfeiture without refund.

Any disputes regarding results must be reported to customer support immediately after the match ends.

  1. Tournament Formats & Rewards

Battle Royale Mode: Rewards are distributed based on kills and placement. Extra rewards are given for achieving a Booyah (victory).

Clash Squad Mode: Rewards are given only to the winning team.

Rewards and prize structures are pre-declared in the match lobby or event details.

Apex Arena’s decision regarding results, disputes, or disqualifications will be final and binding.

  1. Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits are securely processed via Razorpay.

Withdrawals are processed via UPI to the registered phone number.

Apex Arena does not store card/UPI details; all transactions are handled by trusted third-party providers.

Withdrawals may take up to 24–48 hours to process.

  1. Account Deletion & Data Policy

Users may request account deletion by contacting customer support via WhatsApp.

Upon deletion, all associated data (including match history, rankings, and personal details) will be permanently removed, except where retention is required by law.

  1. Liability Disclaimer

Apex Arena is not responsible for:

Internet/network issues.

Device crashes or malfunctions.

Game server downtimes or bugs caused by the publisher.

Rewards will not be reissued if a player faces issues outside Apex Arena’s control.

In case of technical errors or mistakes by Apex Arena, affected players may contact support for resolution.

  1. Updates to Terms & Conditions

Apex Arena may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to comply with laws, platform changes, or business requirements.

Users will be notified of major updates via the app or website.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
