Deposit and Withdrawal Procedure

Deposit Process

Users can deposit money to add coins to their wallet. The conversion rate is ₹1 = 1 Coin.

Steps to Deposit:

  1. On the Deposit Page, you will find:

A QR Code for UPI payments.

A UPI ID for manual transactions.

  1. Choose one of the following methods:

Scan the QR Code and complete the payment.

Copy the UPI ID and transfer the amount manually.

  1. After making the payment:

Enter the amount paid and the UTR number (transaction reference).

Click on Confirm Payment to proceed.

  1. If you face any difficulty or don’t understand the process:

Take a screenshot of the payment.

Click on Contact Admin and send the screenshot via WhatsApp for assistance.

Deposit Processing Time

Payments made between 10 AM – 10 PM: Coins will be added to the wallet within 30 minutes after verification.

Payments made outside this time: Processing will be delayed until the next active timeframe (10 AM – 10 PM).

Withdrawal Process

Users can withdraw their balance by requesting a UPI transfer.

Steps to Withdraw:

  1. Go to the Withdrawal Page.
  2. Enter the following details:

UPI ID where the amount should be sent.

Account Holder Name (must match the UPI details).

Amount to Withdraw.

  1. Click on Send Payment Request to submit your withdrawal request.
  2. If you face any issues, click on Contact Admin and send a message via WhatsApp explaining your problem.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Requests made between 10 AM – 10 PM: Processed within the same timeframe.

Requests made outside this time: Processing will be delayed until the next active timeframe (10 AM – 10 PM).
