Terms and Conditions – Apex Arena
1. Eligibility:
- Players above 18 years of age are preferred.
- By participating, users confirm they understand and agree to these terms.
2. Fair Play & Conduct:
- Players must not use hacks, panels, or any third-party applications that provide an unfair advantage.
- If a player is found using such means, they will be permanently banned from Apex Arena without any refund.
- Any abusive or toxic behavior towards other players or staff will lead to immediate account suspension.
3. Match Cancellations & Refunds:
- Apex Arena reserves the right to cancel matches at any time.
- If a match is canceled by us, the entry fee will be refunded to the registered players.
- Players who register for a match but fail to join will not be eligible for a refund.
- Players have 5 minutes to join the match after the ID and password are shared. Failure to join within this time will result in no refund.
4. Tournament & Reward System:
- Battle Royale Mode: Players are rewarded based on the number of kills they secure. A Booyah (victory) will provide extra rewards.
- Clash Squad & Lone Wolf Mode: Only the winning team receives the prize.
- Any disputes regarding match results must be reported to customer support immediately.
5. Payment & Withdrawals:
- We support payments through UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe only.
- Winnings will be credited to the registered payment method.
6. Account Deletion & Data Storage:
- Users who wish to delete their accounts must contact our customer support via WhatsApp.
- Once an account is deleted, all associated data (including game history, rankings, and personal details) will be permanently erased.
7. Liability & Disputes:
- Apex Arena is not responsible for any loss due to network issues, device malfunctions, or game server downtimes.
- In case of any technical errors or mistakes on our side, players must contact customer support for resolution.
8. Updates to Terms & Conditions:
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on our platform.
- Continued use of our platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
