Payment and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Process

Users can add money to their wallet using our secure Razorpay payment gateway.

Conversion rate: ₹1 = 1 Coin.

Steps to Deposit:

  1. Go to the Deposit Page.
  2. Enter the amount you want to add.
  3. Complete the payment securely through Razorpay (supports UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and Wallets).
  4. After successful payment, the coins will be credited to your wallet automatically.

Deposit Processing Time:

Deposits are processed instantly. In rare cases of delay due to network or gateway issues, it may take up to 30 minutes.

Withdrawal Process

Users can withdraw their wallet balance directly to their UPI account.

Steps to Withdraw:

  1. Go to the Withdrawal Page.
  2. Enter the following details:

UPI ID where the amount should be sent.

Account Holder Name (must match the UPI details).

Amount to Withdraw.

  1. Click on Submit Withdrawal Request.

Withdrawal Processing Time:

Requests made between 10 AM – 10 PM are processed within the same timeframe.

Requests made outside this time will be processed in the next active timeframe (10 AM – 10 PM).
