Who can participate in tournaments?
Players of all skill levels can join, but participants above 18 are preferred.
2. Registration & Account Management
How do I register on Apex Arena?
To register, users must sign up using their Game ID, email, and phone number.
Can I change my registered details?
No, once registered, details like Game ID cannot be changed.
How do I delete my account?
Users must contact WhatsApp customer support to request account deletion. Once deleted, we do not store any user data.
3. Tournaments & Gameplay
How are tournaments conducted?
After registering for a tournament, players will receive the match ID and password. They must join within the given time.
What are the different game modes?
- Battle Royale: Players are rewarded based on the number of kills, with a bonus for securing a Booyah.
- Clash Squad & Lone Wolf: Only the winning team gets the prize.
How do I receive match details?
Match ID and password are provided before the game starts. Players have 5 minutes to join after receiving the details.
4. Payments & Refunds
What payment methods are accepted?
We only support UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe for payments.
Can I get a refund if I miss a match?
No, if a player registers but fails to join the match, they will not receive a refund.
When are refunds processed for canceled matches?
If Apex Arena cancels a match, the entry fee will be refunded.
