Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Apex Arena, we maintain a fair and transparent system for all players. Please read the following carefully before registering for any tournament.
General Rule
All tournament registrations are final and non-refundable once a user successfully registers for a match.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- The tournament is cancelled by Apex Arena due to technical issues.
- The tournament is cancelled due to insufficient participants.
Important Notes
No refunds will be provided if a player fails to join the match on time after successful registration.
Room ID and password are shared before the match. It is the player’s responsibility to join on time.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method or UPI ID used during registration.
